Your Information Systems

Your computer systems should be designed and selected with an eye to conversion to a purchasers system.  It not only makes it easier for a purchaser to convert but it also can reduce the likelihood of conversion errors which will lead to customer problems and attrition.  It must also be able to produce useful, accurate reports that you will be confident of.  Know how to use the system to meet your management needs.  Do not be reliant on someone else to operate the system.  Make sure you can export the file data in a standard format.  Secure the system so that your employees are not exporting your files for their own purposes.


Tip of the Day
Focus on building Recurring Revenue; that’s where the primary value will be when you sell.  Design your sales compensation to encourage maximum RMR production.
