Guardian Alarms has purchased the stock of TAS Telephone Alarm Systems. Guardian already has a foothold in Lansing and this gives them a sizable boost to their account base there. Most of the employees of TAS have joined Guardian and will be helping to build more brand awareness, as well as the account base. The transaction was handled by Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Inc., aka The Graybeards, who represented TAS Telephone Answering Systems, Inc.
