Per Mar Security Services Announces Acquisition of Fast Alert Alarm & Security, Inc.

July 1, 2008 — Per Mar Security Services is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2008, we have acquired Fast Alert Alarm & Security, Inc. of Eau Claire, WI. Fast Alert has served the electronic security needs of customers in the Eau Claire area for fifteen years and was owned and operated by Jim Flater. We are further pleased to announce that the Fast Alert employees have joined the Per Mar Team, and Jim Flater will serve as the new Electronic Security General Manager for our Eau Claire branch operations. This combined operation will allow for the continuation and enhancement of security services provided to customers of both Per Mar and Fast Alert including fire and burglar alarms, access control and CCTV systems.

Ron Davis and Katie Maahs-Bally of Davis Marketing Group helped facilitate the transaction for this acquisition. "They are a quality company with superb management. Fast Alert has the qualtiy base that Per Mar already has and it was perfect fit," Davis said. Per Mar has been in negotiations with Fast Alert for nearly a year, but Davis says serious discussion had been escalating for the past three months.
