Mountain Alarm and Investment Group Acquire Accounts from IASG July 2007, Long Grove, IL. — As part of a reorganization prior to the sale of its own company, IASG sold off a group of accounts, primarily in the western and southwestern parts of the United States to a group headed up by Rod Garner of Mountain Alarm, in Utah. The exact number of accounts was not disclosed, but it was thought to be substantial and represented a major acquisition by the Mountain Alarm group. Immediately after that transaction, IASG itself was acquired by Protection One, Inc. Representing the seller, IASG, was Ron Davis, Davis Marketing Group.
