CES (now Sentry Security) Acquires Assets of LV Technologies

April 2007, Long Grove, IL. — In an asset purchase of commercial accounts in Illinois and Wisconsin, CES added to its rapidly growing portfolio of companies.  The seller, Roger Naylor, was represented by Davis Marketing Group in the transaction.
The buyer was represented by its CEO, David Balestrery.

Commenting on the transaction, Balestrery had this to say: "We continue to seek out and acquire quality companies in our footprint.  Even though this stretches our footprint into Wisconsin, we recognize the quality of the accounts and are happy to include that in our rapidly growing family."
