Counterforce (USA) acquires the accounts of Mohave Integrated Systems

January 16, 2006, Long Grove, IL. — Starting the year with a positive acquisition, Counterforce (USA) acquired the account base of Mohave Integrated Systems of Lake Havasu, AZ. The transaction concluded several months of negotiations and included the entire account base of Mohave. While the exact number of accounts was not disclosed, nor was the purchase price, Mohave had been in business for a number of years and had accumulated hundreds of monitored accounts.

Representing the buyer in this transaction was Ron Lipari of Counterforce's corporate offices and representing the seller, David Whorf of Mohave, was Katie Bally, partner at Davis Marketing Group. Commenting on the transaction, Katie had this to say: “For many dealers an opportunity such as the one Counterforce represents, is an ideal solution. We were glad we were able to bring the parties together in a mutually beneficial transaction”.
