February 14, 2005, Long Grove, IL — Ron Davis has been selected to be the guest speaker at the upcoming NBFAA directors and executive meeting. The invitiation was extended from NBFAA Executive Director Merlin Guilbeau at the recent Barnes, Buchanan, Mallon Conference.  

Ron’s talk will focus on the changing trends in the alarm industry that affect independent alarm dealers. The highlight of his presentation will be an understanding of how independent alarm dealers can value their companies, both for purposes of obtaining working capital, loans and for the possible exit strategy they may have.  This is a long overlooked topic, and one that Davis is uniquely positioned for.
