Counterforce USA Acquires Assets of Ascot Alarm

Long Grove, IL, May 19, 2004 — In a move to consolidate its assets in Texas, Counterforce recently acquired the assets of Ascot Alarm, of Houston, TX. Jamie Bray and Monte Bray of Ascot were the sellers, and the management team at Counterforce represented Chubb/Counterforce USA. Jim Leder, Bob Breen and Dan Buccarro were on that team.

Craig Leiser of Kismet Group represented the seller, and Ron Davis, Managing Partner of Davis Marketing Group, represented the buyer in this transaction.
