Alarm Detection systems of Illinois acquires assets of North Shore Security of Evanston, Illinois

Chicago, IL (July 2, 2002) – Alarm Detection Systems, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, headed up by Bob Bonifas, former President of both the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and Central Station Alarm Association, has acquired all the assets of North Shore Security, Evanston, IL, owned by Don and Katie Bally. Acquisition of over 2,000 accounts owned by North Shore Security was one of the largest transactions completed by ADS.

Buyers are still willing to pay top dollar for real, value-added acquisitions.
